Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Airbnb (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di lug 2018
Colloquio
The interviews consisted of 3 x 30 minute chats on 3 separate dates, all with different interviewees. If I'd got past the 3rd there would have been 2/3 more interviews with the wider organisation. They were all very much chats and not challenging at all. It felt a little inefficient and I'm unclear on each of their criteria. In one interview we mainly focused on where I'd travelled. Each felt more like chemistry interviews rather than assessing whether I could do the job. I'm not sure whether I was moving up a level, after each interview or whether they just gathered their feedback at the end. All the interviewers were lovely, but the process could have and should have been streamlined.

Have you ever used Airbnb? Where have you travelled? What do you think about the brand? Name some successful airbnb campaigns? Name some unsuccessful airbnb campaigns?
Very fair and nice people. I went through 3 interviews and felt respected and challenges in a good way. The communication from HR between the interviews wad great. And everything was smooth.

It was a group interview with about 30 people in the whole group. There were a few rounds of group interviews followed by a last round of individual interview.

If you have to choose an animal that best represents you, what would it be?

Long and tedious, but each interview was conducted by really nice people mainly trying to see how you react in conflict, problem solving, etc. They also really care about your fit with the company culture and if you don’t pass that interview, then you will not be offered a job.

Tell me about a time you had to work alongside difficult people / had faced a problem with another person.
