Very welcoming. Very different experience interviewing compared to most other companies. Recruiting team does invest time in making you understand the process and feel comfortable- before interview as well as during the interview. All the employees I worked with were great to interact. Two of my interviews had two interviewers (one was shadowing: was to make sure newer interviewer are doing it right which is good thing). Only downside is it’s a long one- onsite had 7 rounds+lunch+a short break.

Pretty standard engineering interview. Recruiter call, technical interview, system design. They also had a code review interview that I had never seen before. I thought it was a little trickier than average, but not horrible. Sucks that if you don't move to the next round you can't reapply for a year.
