After applying online, got an email from recruiter regarding few back ground questions and time slots for technical phone screen. This eliminated the need for a HR phone screen (which if required was given the choice to setup). The phone screen was 45 minutes in total with 5 min introduction , 35 minutes to solve the problem and 5 for any questions. The question itself is an application of the DS concepts in real life rather than regular leetcode which I found really interesting. I should have taken a step back in thinking about the solution rather than directly jumping into the code which did not solve for a subset of testcases thus leading to a rejection. I wished the interviewer caught this issue while I'm coding rather rather than waiting for me to complete and execute on few test cases. Hence my experience is like a programming contest rather than a pair programming.

Pretty standard engineering interview. Recruiter call, technical interview, system design. They also had a code review interview that I had never seen before. I thought it was a little trickier than average, but not horrible. Sucks that if you don't move to the next round you can't reapply for a year.
