Initial phone call with the recruiter, general talk about my resume. Followed by 4x technical interviews using WebEx call and f2f, they tested my skills in VMware, Configuration Management, Networking and Scripting. After passing technical interviews, 2x cross functional interviews using WebEx call. The interviewers are non-technical people (eg. sales manager and social media specialist). As I don't talk much (and am a bit introvert :) ), I couldn't give long answers for them to measure if I could contribute to the company. We had sound-quality issues with the WebEx call too. The interviews were not so difficult but just a little bit tiring. If you are a talkative person, it should be easier for you in the cross functional interviews. Overall, the recruiter was really responsive. The people were enthusiastic, friendly, and smart.
