Long, multiple people... highly dependent on whether interviewers think you're a fit for their values... don't be too honest, prepare your answers that would fit their values - check their website or talk to airbnb staff to understand their culture beforehand.

I took five interviews in total with 5 different people of the unit. The overall experience was fun, it was much more like an informal chat rather than a proper formal interview. Interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable.
