Phone Interview lasting 30 minutes, started with general motivational questions followed by competency based questions. Time given between questions to think of answers. Interviewer tried to help with indicating for more detail but overall generally very nice and supportive.

How did you overcome roadblocks in Supply Chain. Discussed hours worked, on site and/or hybrid. What accomplishments have you achieved professionally!!
