Interview last about an 1hr 30mins and consisted of questions about aviation and flight including a demonstration of forces and description of problem solving. Other questions included, why do you think you are suitable for this job and how do you think you will benefit the team.

It was a good interview, the panel was very friendly. Overall a good experience. There were 3-4 rounds in total. They do not shortlist or hire randomly, the process is rigirous.

Fundamental Aerodynamics and performance basics. All anderson question. It was very basics and it was ready. Nothing out of book. Very very easy basics of aerodynamics. Competency questions, cases questions
Technical Questions & Competency based questions. Technical questions were simple things you will probably have learnt in 1st year aerospace. Competency questions were questions like how did you overcome a challenge.
