Initial application with CV and Cover letter for the specific role followed by the arctic shores test. Virtual assessment center was well organized with a group exercise and technical/behavioral interview. HR, assessors, and recruiters were very good at making me feel more comfortable and helped calm my nerves. A very positive experience
