Interview was great, HR was very welcoming and easy to communicate with, stage two interview was quite technical, he was interested in past experience and how much positive impact one can bring to the company and how well one could hit the ground running.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Airbus nel mese di giu 2012
Colloquio
Entretien RH, puis test PAPI, puis entretien fonctionnel. Préparation entre les étapes et entretien téléphonique au tout début. Enfin une fois ok entretien RH par téléphone pour salaire.
Débrief du test du papi avec demande de justification des écarts avec la personnalité décrite à l'oral et dans le CV.
