This was for a contractor position as a Data Analyst. It seems that most people are hired as a contractor through a different company first with the chance to be hired by Airbus after a few months down the line. I am current still a contractor. Interview was around 20 minutes. Interviewed with Head of Team, member of the team & my HR contact. It was a few months ago but I put some of the questions I remember down below. Most of them were general fit questions. There was only 1 interview. My HR person said to prepare a presentation to show off my skills but the Team lead and the Team member didnt know anything about that until I mentioned it. After I showed it they seemed impressed, i think i got the job because of it to be honest.
