Firstly they say: "We don't want a champion or rockstar here", but in the final step they recognize what they actually want: a secops + appsec + seceng all together in one guy. They all play with you and in the final round (show and defend your assessment "against" 3 people in 1h< in theory >but last 2h). The assessment description is very vague and if you finish it on time, they want to give you access to the prod platform for a pentest. The interview is also weird. Few times they ask you current sec issues they have and they want to resolve and they don't know how. At the end, my feeling is: I have been used. They don't actually want to hire someone now, just take a free brainstorm for current issues they may have. No recommend.
