Panel Interviews The process wasn't difficult and I made it all the way to the end, but it was a long and pretty intensive. The people were all great and I felt very supported throughout. Communication was outstanding and they are on the right trajectory. If given an offer, I would have happily accepted.

I initially spoke w/ the GTM Recruiter who was very pleasant. She then arranged my video interview with the Director of Sales. I immediately sensed she was uptight, and I was unable to make any connection. She asked for an example of a sales deal I ran previously and won, but she was less than impressed. She has some sales experience, but not close to the complexity of my big wins. A couple of days later I rec'd the standard rejection email: "we had a lot of interest in this role ... blah blah blah". In the end, I likely would have declined the job because life is too short to work for an edgy millennial.
