Tldr: Very friendly people, team coordination seems problematic The people during all stages were very friendly and cooperating. I anticipate that there must be a nice working culture. Nonetheless, there were some important negative points: - My stated availability windows were repeatedly ignored. I had to actively push to reschedule. - There was significant content overlap between interview rounds, with different interviewers every time. I repeated the exact same answers several times. Idk if this is a deliberare design choice, but in conjunction with the first it comes across as bad coordination. - The most important: after 3 interview rounds and a take home tech assignment, silence. Even after repeated reminders, no feedback, no rejection or positive answer, just ghosting. This last one was a total fun killer.
