Application online was pretty easy and a recruitment representative reached out to me with a phone call within a few days of submitting my application. As I was still away at school, we scheduled an interview for approximately a month later. The interview focused primarily on skills rather than getting to know me personally. Although I applied for a specific job, the interview did not seem to be about a specific job but rather seemed to evaluate my skills should a future position open up to match these skills. My impression from this interview was that Ajilon seemed like more of a temp agency than I was anticipating or hoping for. Since interviewing around 2 weeks ago, I have heard nothing else from Ajilon.
