HR called me by finding from Naukri , After couple of discussions, she mentioned i will be having a discussion with the panel, Schedule but i was waiting no call nothing, After follow ups seems for the sake they scheduled and the panel did not call me on the right time and when i sent an email they again schedule with an hour difference.
Not much harder questions.
About our past experience, Product development experience, Issues faced etc.
After that discussion, There was no response from HR, Even for the emails no response...
Pathetic.

Colloquio
First round was exploratory interview to understand if you fit into the role to understand what you do in your daily activity, your daily job, team size etc . Also about akamai and your project related technical questions .
Second round was mix of management and technical questions asking about CDN , performance, top challenges in CDN environment.
3rd round was system design and technical.
4th round is managerial round with senior director.
Last round is salary discussion with HR.
