The interview took around 3 weeks, the first round was the HR round (first screening) followed by two technical rounds then the manager round which was also technical and non-technical. Post that the Director round and then the HR round. On the successful completion the deal was locked.

The entire CCNA and the CCNP (R&S), major topics were DNS, BGP, MPLS (in depth knowledge is required). The technical interviews will be scenario basis too, you should have the good understanding of networking to answer them.
