Recruiter contacted me via online job board. Telephonic interview was scheduled next day. Interviewer asked me questions about release engg processes. I was able to answer almost all of the questions asked related to RE process. But in one question like benefits of CI and how it will be implemented to legacy systems, I gave all the benefits of CI and its implementation process but it seems interviewer was looking for any other "google" answer . In perl, interviewer just asked how perl script is interpreted . No qn to check logical/analytical skill in perl. How can you judge a candidate's skill about Perl language with just one qn?

Very less time during interview rounds and not much questions. Hr is not interested to schedule interviews once clear previous round. Very bad experience I had. I know few people working there.... company looks good not media division people, mainly management team.
