Contacted by a recruiter two months after applying. Took almost two weeks to schedule an initial call due to emailing back and forth, instead of sending a calendly or offering more availability on the recruiter's end. Recruiter took up to four days to respond. After finally setting a date, the call was impossible to hear so the recruiter made me exit the call and dial back in via another format. Very clunky. Asked questions and the initial recruiter seemed to have no idea about the position or qualifications at all. Nevertheless, seemed like they wanted to move forward. Said I would be getting an email follow-up in 1-2 business days but have not heard back. Clunky, awkward, and frustratingly lengthy interview process.
