You need to create a company login first, and then you'll get some automated emails to confirm your job application was received and then to set up a time for an interview with a recruiter. By the end of the interview, the recruiter told me they thought I had everything they're looking for, proceeded to talk about salary ranges, and -sadly- what they offered was way below average given everything they ask for in terms of knowledge, skills, and experience. The recruiter told me she was going to ask the manager if it was possible to increase the salary offer and that she was going to call me back to let me know the answer. She never called back though. Weeks later, I got another automated email saying I was "not selected" for the role.

I did a phone interview with the contracting agency first. That was followed by a phone screen by the hiring manager. I was then asked to come into the Cambridge office and interviewed with the hiring manager again, another industry marketing manager and a marketing program manager I would be working with.
