The interview process I experienced was notably slow and disorganized. After applying for the position, it took a month before I received a callback just to confirm my candidacy. Subsequently, my first interview was scheduled another month later. Although the interview itself went well, the follow-up was lacking; I received no updates until I reached out myself. At that point, I was informed that the position was on hold and was offered a lower-level position with reduced pay. Confusingly, another HR representative contacted me to schedule a second interview for the original position. This entire process stretched over three months. After completing the second interview, I was left without any communication about the outcome. When I proactively inquired, I was told that the position had been canceled, and they were no longer considering me for any role.
Conclusion: This experience with the HR department was disappointing and frustrating. The prolonged and inconsistent communication, coupled with the ultimate cancellation of the position, resulted in a significant waste of time without an offer.
