Personally felt that the interviewers didn't know what to look out for/ what kind of questions to ask. Both HR and hiring engineer didn't turn on webcam for the interview as well. Interviewer constantly seeked "highlights" but ignored the whole thought process and problem solving skills implemented in past experiences.

The interview lasted less than 30 minutes and did not include any technical questions. I was asked to briefly discuss my past experience, and that was it. I had more questions than the hiring manager, but he simply answered without providing much elaboration. The interview felt more like a formality, conducted to fulfill government requirements and allow the company to secure an EP quota for foreign workers. The company has a high proportion of non-citizen employees, which can be confirmed by reports available online. While the hiring manager has a strong academic background, I did not get the impression that he is a good leader with the technical expertise needed to lead the team.

Interviewer knows what they are asking and is very thorough about expectations. Questions asked were very meaningful and related to the position and industry that the company is in. A good balance of personality and technical questions.
