Colloquio
1. Resume shortlisting and screening call (audio)
2. Tech round 1 - Discussion on problem solving and previous experience (45-60 min)
3. Tech round 2 - will have to explain a full stack project(whichever is your best) and code or debug new or old features for the project. (2hrs)
4. Hr Round - brief discussion about your past and future goals, trying to understand your personality (1hr)
after clearing all this there will be 2 months training, only then you will get to know if you are selected or not, 10k stipend is provided for these 2 months, salary is not that great for a in-office job in bengaluru and what this job demands.

Very lengthy process. They took 3 rounds in 3 weeks. Their internal discussions takes too much time to decide whether the candidate will move forward or not. The HR round took around 1 hrs which I think was too long for a tech role.

It was failry good, started with introduction and questions about the previous tech stack with questions asked about the projects and doing some modifications in the project, mainly focusing on the project understading and questions around the project that you have done
