The entire experience was pretty painless. I was given an art history exam that focused on art of the 20th century, mostly American. It was multiple choice, but there was an essay asking me to address issues of diversity and inclusion in 21st century art as well as a background check.

The process was fairly simple. I used an online application, after submitting it, I followed up a week later. After two weeks, I was invited to interview, there were two supervisors and the department head present. One day later, I was notified that I had been hired. Upon hiring I underwent the normal paperwork processes and tour of my workplace, I was given a handbook and informed of my duties.
