They are very delayed and last minute. They could find quality teachers to fill positions easier if they were more timely with their process. The actual interview itself was fine, it’s just the process that needs improved.

The interview was conducted over google meets and I felt very heard, accepted, and understood by the interviewers. They made me feel comfortable and the interview flowed like conversation. It went well!
