I applied online, after a week received an email saying that my profile fits the role and I would receive an invite for the personality and one other tests. After I've got an email with links I had 5 days to pass 4 tests: verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, logical reasoning and personality test. I really spent time to prepare myself because I have never done such tests. I found questions not too difficult, but after few days I received and automated email from the system that I didn't pass. Maybe my personality test was not a good fit, do not know. If you do this test I think it is better to go for options that you like the processes, hardworking individual; I went for creativity in my answers, maybe it was not right but it was me ;)
