There are several rounds of interviews, including the hiring manager, future colleagues, and senior leadership. These are all around 45 minutes to an hour long, via Teams. They ask fairly standard questions, but tend to be more conversational to see how well you'd fit the role and with the culture.

Quiet structured but relatively relaxed. Normally a one round interview over teams or in person. No group interviews to my knowledge. Questions are classic competency based. Usually you are interviewed with the hiring manager and another manager that will assist them in the interview
