Overall process was good and quick. The catch however was that my role did not match what was communicated to me during the interview process. The role and it’s scope was made out to be complex and challenging whereas the actual job is pretty basic and mundane. Make sure you get a detailed job description. Misrepresenting a job isn’t right.
It was great and very clear. The interviewer knew what topic had to be discussed and was more like understanding skill sets which i would say is the best way for identifying the right person for the job

It was a Telephonic after two weeks of wait from online application,started with light pleasantaries,proceeded on to some technical question ,after that A light description of the job and then a few questions to test my knowledfe on the economic situation and following it with questions on background.previous jobs,etc. After accepting said job a little salary negotiation
