An initial recruiter conducted a brief fifteen minute, four question standard phone screen. A second recruiter conducted a thirty minute face-to-face interview at their satellite office in Albany, NY. The interview consisted of asking general question regarding my background, experience, skills, strengths and weaknesses. No specific information was provided in regards to their client base.
