straight forward. they wanted to see if you'd be a good fit. interview process was extremely long. i applied online in august 2012, didn't hear back for weeks. then was scheduled for first interview in november, where they asked basic questions. took another month before they offered the position. and another week or two to get paperwork settled. overall a slow process so be sure to have a side job while you're waiting. if you show you're hard working and organized, and know basic numbers (lol) you'll be fine. get 100% on the written exam - it's easy. the "HR Personnel" or whoever, was INCREDIBLY RUDE. you might have to kiss up in order to proceed. I'm surprised this individual was allowed to talk to candidates like that and she should definitely fired.
