I applied online and got a call after 1week to come in for an interview. i got there around mid-day because that was the timing, two individuals was in th room but just one had to interview each candidate. the interviewer was very friendly and had a great interporsonal skill. i recieved a call after 2-3 days to start the following week. we had about 1week of so called training (seminar), although paid

The orientation is really attractive, and the manager is enthusiastic about motivating you to do this job. The atmosphere is easy and positive. They also offer training sessions that help you develop. But the role is more commission-based.

It was a phone call interview. the interviewer was pretty direct and very accommodating. He asked why i thought i was suitable for this role along with my goals and aspirations. It lasted for about 10 minutes.
