The process were quite efficient until after the in-person interview. If you weren't selected, there wasn't any follow up, which seems rude (consider people pay so much time & effort in a 40-day process). I hope they consider 'redesigning' this experience. The interview questions weren't quite structured and there was no portfolio review. An interviewer misread one line in my background thus sounded suspicious throughout. Such suspicion made an unhealthy interview. If they ever had doubts, they should have checked all before inviting people all the way over. Please consider interviewer training. It also looks like they really favor candidates from a specific college's program.
