Was called for an interview on the closing date on the job listing. Had a phone screen interview with about 10 general behavioral questions and questions like why Alaska, do I understand the job, etc. Then, about two weeks later I was called for an interview with an HR person and the hiring manager. After that interview there were two more rounds.

They grilled me over my work history, which seemed kind of knit picky. They also wanted really specific answers to their questions and I was unfortunately vague and that seemed to visibly annoy them.
It was a group interview and we listened to a presentation about the company,then did a group activity, we were then given a time and we dis a solo interview.
The process was simple and fast. They asked normal interviewing questions… Nothing out of the normal.
All the questions asked or basic interview questions. It was all over the phone due to COVID-19.

very long, one phone interview then a 3 part panel interview with groups and then they would sendind you differnt tables with managers to interview. i woulda loved to work there but i feel the interview was intense even for customer service i was nervous and didnt interview we;;
