I was contacted by a very helpful recruiter. They gave me lots of information to prepare for the interview. I met with several user researchers (most had been contract and were then hired by Alaska) the product owner, and the Director. I first met with all of the researchers for an hour interview, then I did a portfolio presentation, then I met with the product owner, then the director, then the researchers met with me again to ask follow-up questions. It took three hours and was remote.
