Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Alaska Airlines (Seattle, WA) nel mese di gen 2015
Colloquio
The interview began with a phone interview. It lasted roughly 10-15 minutes. It was simple as far as interviews go. It mainly asked you to list a few facts about your past jobs (you can basically read it off your resume) followed by one or two "what would you do if-", "tell me about a situation-" questions.
There are four steps to the in-person interview. First is an hour informational session about the company. Then there are group interviews. If you make it past the group interviews (I didn't), there are individual interviews. If you make it past that, there is a final "group" activity. The group activity can occur the day after the other interviews.
I do feel a little hurt by how the company set up the informational session. There is actually a clip that shows a group of flight attendants the moment they find out they are accepted into the program. So it gets everyone really excited about the possibility of working for the company, when around 85% of the people are cut after the group interview. Ouch. (I was one of the people cut after the group interview).
But other than that, I really enjoyed the experience. Most of the employees seem like nice people (Although there was one women checking me in who completely ignored me when I said good morning). Both my parents have worked for the company (as a pilot and flight attendant), so I know that it's also a great company to work for.

Two virtual interviews that included an AI interview, a personality questionnaire and a “test” of your ability to use resources provided to answer flight-related questions. After that you’re invited to an in-person interview.
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
