One of the most terrible interviews I've had with a UX leadership team. The panel of 2 were unprofessional and impolite. They asked me why I wanted to leave my current job multiple times, so I kept giving them my career growth reason. I was 5 mins into my case study presentation and I can hear them chuckle. Which then they interrupted me to say sorry they had to jump to another meeting. So glad I never worked for them. It would have been hell.
