After 1 month and 2 rounds of interviews ( interviewed by 3 people) they said that they no longer wanted to recruit on my level and that they had decided to recruit on a junior level. While I got a positive impression about the interviewers during the interviews, the fact that after 1 month and 2 rounds of interviews they changed their requirements made me believe not only they don,t value candidate,s time but also that the place is very disorganized, lacks structure and this is an appetizer of what I would have had I been offered the job so clearly things happen for a reason.
