Colloquio
I met the recruiter at a career fair and had a campus interview 3 weeks later. The first interview consisted of two 30 minute interviews with a Process Engineer and then two girls from HR. The process engineer asked behavioral questions and one or two technical questions. The HR interview was all behavioral questions most of which were the same ones asked by the process engineer.
The second round of interviews was the next day ( they called you the evening after the first interviews). It was two 30 min interviews with engineering managers. They asked about how you handle conflict, group tasks, examples of when you made an ethical decision/action. I felt they were trying to get a feel for who you are.

Colloquio
I applied online and I had an on-campus interview. The entire process probably took a couple weeks. I found out through a career website my school uses. Overall it was a quick process.
