Definitely adding my voice to what sounds like the recent evidence of just horrifically bad, lazy recruiting. Got reached out to by a recruiter via email. Played an extraordinary amount of phone tag. Finally connected, was told I’d be moving forward, and then that took a few weeks. Met with the hiring manager, was told I’d be moving forward to look out for more interviews. That…didn’t happen. Weeks passed, check-ins ignored, and then got an auto email that I wasn’t moving forward. Absolute, clownish nonsense. Don’t waste your time. If they have so little respect for candidates, I’d hate to imagine working there. Yikes.
