There were 5 steps :
1) Interview with HR-manager (general questions about personal history/experience, job position, company)
2) Interview with department manager (some technical questions, personal exp.)
3) On-line test (basic excel + business problem understanding)
4) Interview with CTO by Skype (business-case questions, problem understanding..)
5) Interview with CEO
