I got put into 4 interviews,
good things:
The people were very welcoming and nice to talk to. There was no corporate feeling to it.
Less good things:
It felt messy. No one I spoke to had prepared anything. They knew they had to fill in a position, but they didn't know what questions to ask or what person they were looking for. After doing 4 interviews of which 3 interviews were basically exactly the same interview, but with different people, they preferred a different candidate. I asked for feedback, which was only 2 sentences from one of the interviewers. Any follow up questions were ignored.

Colloquio
Eerste indruk van het sollicitatieproces was positief, met een motiverend telefoongesprek met de recruiter in de eerste ronde. Het tweede gesprek met de ervaren hiring manager verliep soepel, met wederzijdse vragen en een prettige interactie. Ondanks de afwijzing in de feedback van de recruiter, waardeer ik de transparantie en de kans om te leren voor toekomstige kansen.
