I had 2 interviews. The first interview was with the Operations Vice President and 2 project managers, and the second interview was with the CEO and upper management team. They asked me about my previous experience and what I am looking for and where I would like to be in 5-10 years. They asked questions about my resume and my community involvement. The company really encourages community involvement and volunteering.
