Interviewed by middle to senior management and HR staff. Normal questions surrounding character, interest in position, technical background and situational experiences/examples. The process was very lengthy from the time of online application to interview contact. Preference seemed to be given to PhD candidate (hired to position) versus well educated, field seasoned and former very experienced AEP person. If applying for any AEP job, don't hold your breath.
