Virtual interview with the hiring manager and HR. Very welcoming environment and both of them did their best to engage and converse rather than just drill me with questions. The questions were moderate and their spirit and attitude made me want to work there.

Phone interview with a few questions. Then you get a meeting with 1 or 2 managers depending on your department and an HR person. They drill you with quick questions and give a written exam.
