My relative luckily new the store manager, so I was automatically given an interview. The only true meetings I had with the managers were casual occasions when I shopped at the store. The interview was very short and simple. The manager had one sheet of paper with about four or five questions that were broad enough to be able to provide a detailed answer.

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.
