Very easy going. 1 on 1 interview with the store director (currently a different person). Invited into the front office with the store director. Was wearing a button down shirt with jeans (very casual as they told me to be).

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.
