I submitted an application online and it took a week for me to get a call back. I was called in for an interview with the store manager. The interview was fairly short and it was very straightforward with basic questions like "Why do you want to work here." Once I was hired, I came in for a drug test which used saliva. Following that I came in for a 3 hour training session where I signed forms and watched training videos.

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.
