First interview was by phone, an HR screening interview, basic questions, very easy. Second interview was in person, with two supervisors. Very casual and easy. Basic background, they were looking for "fit" within the team. Offer process took a long time, I thought I had been ghosted, but I got the job.

Since this job was performed in pairs in a closed room for hours at a time, "fit" was crucial. Lots of personality questions. "what would you do if someone did/said this".
