Basic phone interview which went well. Was called in for an in person interview at the Toronto Location. In person interview also went well. At the end I was asked my age. At this point I knew I did not get the job. Not only was the question inappropriate it also showed me the naivety of the interviewer and gave me a sense that I don't suit the uber cool aesthetics of the ganja showroom.
