Hiring manager called to make an appointment. I went in for interview and then was asked back for a second interview. This interview was with the hiring manager and one of my peers. My suggestions are to just be yourself. Even if you are desperate, go in with the attitude that you are interviewing them as well. Make sure that you feel comfortable with the person that will be your peer if you have a panel interview. These people are not used to interviewing and will be tougher than the hiring manager (in my experience). Plus, they know that you will be their competition if you get hired. Tricky situation. Be very nice to them.
