One to two interviews with a small panel. Most questions ask to give experiences to show how you handle situations. I.e. Working in groups, facing obstacles, selling ideas to customers, etc.
it's challenging to highlight your qualifications when all the questions are asking you to draw examples to answer extremely specific questions.
